Just like you’d guess, this song is about doing a conga line. Line up. Place hands on each other’s shoulders or waists and start grooving to the conga music. Make sure to kick that foot out whenever Haris says, “step step step kick!” Then you make circles with your hips and jump right back into the conga line. Then you do TRIANGLE pose on each side. And what do you think comes next?? FREE DANCE! Maybe some individuals will jump into the middle and show us what they’ve got! Stop. Turn around. And Conga the other direction. It’s the same thing in each direction. Great for a beach or island party theme.
