All clothing items are printed and shipped directly from a 3rd party partner (Print Aura). Per their policy, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for customer error. Please be mindful of size selection during ordering. It does take slightly longer for clothing orders to be processed. All clothing items will be shipped separately from other KAY branded merchandise.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product we'll be happy to give you a refund or exchange, within 7 days.

All shipping charges and insurance are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly by our error or is somehow damaged.
